LeeAnn (McNeven) Crowl, Our loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away Friday, February 2, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family, age 70. LeeAnn was born in Bay City on July 17, 1947 to the late Clinton and Leonora (Davidson) McNeven. She graduated in 1965 from TL Handy High School and married the love of her life Gary J. Crowl on December 31, 1966, he predeceased her on May 14, 2002 and are now happily reunited in heaven. LeeAnn was a manager for years at the MiniMac McDonalds on Broadway and later was employed with McLaren Bay Region until her retirement in 2009. She enjoyed her Boston fur babies, Sassy, Sramp and Melo. LeeAnn also enjoyed camping, the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Surviving are four children: Michelle Rogalski Elhers, Jennifer Irmen, Michael Crowl and Patti Byce, grandchildren: Benjamin, Alex, Kayla, Katrina, Courtney, Ramiro, Maycie, Connor, Talon, Aliana and Madison, great grandchildren, Kailee and Emmalyn and one brother David McNeven.
The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Squires Funeral Home. Chaplain John Elderidge will officiate and interment will follow in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm and Tuesday after 12:00 noon. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to “Family Wishes.”
