Randy Howard Canute of Saginaw, Michigan passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 7, 2014 at his residence. Age 54 years. Randy was born June 21, 1960 in Bay City and has resided in Saginaw for many years. Randy will be sadly missed by his family and friends, he had a great sense of humor, was generous, kind hearted, and kept everything neat and clean. He graduated from T.L. Handy High School in 1978, served with the United States Navy and was currently employed as a Sales Associate at Art Van Furniture in Saginaw where he loved his career, his co-workers and most of all he enjoyed his family. And when he was not working he enjoyed a good game of golf.
Left behind to cherish his memories are three children; Jennifer Lynn Morand of France, Candice Canute of Bay City, Shelby Porath of Bay City, his step father; John Rogers of Saginaw, four sisters and two brothers; Ronnette Kachiros of Linwood, Leasa (Eric) Smith, Rhonda (Don) Brady, Ricky Canute all of Saginaw, Tammy Canute and Matt Klecker of Munger and Darren Canute of Saginaw, his grandmother; Betty Braley of Bay City, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother; Sandra (Braley) Rogers, his father; Ronald Canute and one nephew; Kyle Enzer.
A Memorial Service will take place Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson. At the request of the family cremation has taken place. The family will be present at the funeral home on Wednesday to greet family and friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to the “Wishes of the Family”
