Patricia (O’Loughlin) Dardas, Bay City, Michigan Patricia Ellen Dardas, beloved wife, mother, mimi, sister, aunt and friend passed away peacefully with her family by her side on July 14, 2021 at the age of 80 at The Toni and Trish House. She was born on February 13, 1941 in Bay City, Michigan, where she resided her entire life. Patricia was the epitome of grace, beauty and love. She was an incredible human who could and did make everything beautiful. Just being near her, you could feel that you were in the presence of someone so innately good, warm and special. Patricia’s kind and caring nature were felt by so many and will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
She graduated from T.L. Handy in 1959.
She is survived by her husband Gary F. Dardas, PhD, MD, her children Gary Frank (Kathy) Dardas, Kristen Marie (Michael) Janowicz and Leslie Ellen (Michael) Noto; 11 grandchildren Meagan Leslie (Adam), Benjamin Wesley and Nicholas Daniel Dardas, Thomas James, Lauren Marie, Lucas Michael, and Natalie Claire Janowicz, Henry Frank, Vivian Ellen, Charles Michael, and Jane Margaret Noto and 3 great grandchildren: Stella Joy, Danny Frank and Briar Mae Sponseller and two brothers Daniel (Judith) O’Loughlin and Jeffrey (Marilyn) O’Loughlin, many nieces and nephews, cousins and special friends. Her parents Angus and Vivian (Lipan) O’Loughlin and brother, Michael (Gail) (Mary Jo) O’Loughlin, preceded her in death. Patricia’s family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. V.C. Reddy for his exceptional professional care and to the staffs of Bay Special Care and the Toni and Trish House for the extraordinary compassionate care they provided to Patricia at the end of her struggle. A private memorial service will be held in the Fall. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a memorial to “Toni and Trish House”.
