Ronald J. Thume Jr., a beloved member of the Bay City community, passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 50. Born on March 1, 1971, in Bay City, Ronald brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.
Ronald graduated from T.L. Handy High School in 1989 and furthered his education, earning an Associate’s degree from Delta College. On September 12, 1997, Ronald married the love of his life, Beth Ball, and they shared 24 wonderful years together.
Throughout his professional career, Ronald worked diligently as an IT Systems Analyst at Independent Bank, where he made valuable contributions and was respected by colleagues.
In his leisure time, Ronald found solace and enjoyment in various hobbies and activities. He had a passion for outdoor adventures, including Geocaching, camping, and disc golfing. Ronald also loved playing Cornhole and exploring the world of electronics. He had a keen interest in paranormal activity and enjoyed delving into its mysteries.
Ronald will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Beth, their children, Braydin and Rylee, his mother, Rosemarie, brother, Ryan, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Ronald is reunited in eternal peace with his father, Ron Sr., and brother, Richard Thume.
